Born on the east coast, raised in the bluegrass of Kentucky, William aka Willy Duece is the fire tender and meat master at ”The Meat Wagon”. Growing up on the farm and living off the land taught him a lot about Wild Game and how to prepare it in many different way. He has concocted his own style and flavor he calls “URBAL”, Urban and Rural. He brings his love of nature to the table using all organic foods. No chemicals. No steroids. No antibiotics. No bull. The thought behind the wheel of The Meat Wagon is simple. Inform the public in and around Hollywood of the untapped potential venison has to offer compared to beef as far as the health concerns go. While working out one day I was complimented on my improvement in such a short time and they asked what i did. I explained to him that my diet consisted of venison as much as possible because it had more protein and less fat content than beef. It was great for building lean muscle which created endurance and stamina. That got me thinking abou t ”I wonder how many people would eat deer meat instead of beef if they could get it reasonably priced. One thought led to another and soon had a solid idea formed with The Meat Wagon “Wood Grilled Wild Game”.
We are a simple sidewalk grill stand that does mainly burgers to give people a taste of venison. But we also offer a full list of exotic and wild game meats available to cook for your private event.
